Why We Backed TheCarGo: An AI Operating System for U.S. Auto-Transport Brokers A Yoshlar Ventures portfolio story

Tadbir haqida

At Yoshlar Ventures, we look for founders who understand a problem from the inside — people who lived the pain before they tried to solve it. TheCarGo is exactly that kind of company, and we're proud to be part of its first round. TheCarGo is building an AI-driven operating system for U.S. auto-transport brokerages — the companies that arrange the shipping of cars across the United States. It's an industry most people never think about, and one that runs on a tangle of disconnected tools: a CRM, dispatch boards, a separate dialer, payment links, spreadsheets, and endless follow-up. TheCarGo pulls all of that into a single platform and is now adding AI agents that can handle calls, texts, and bookings on their own. A founder who lived the problem What convinced us was the founder. Ziyobek Turdiev didn't come to this from a lab — he came from the work. He started as an entry-level auto-transport broker for a U.S. company, trained dozens of agents, and went on to run two U.S. car-shipping companies as CEO. He built the first version of TheCarGo for his own brokerage, with his own team as the first users, because the tool he needed didn't exist. He later brought on Bakhtiyor Ergashev as co-founder and CTO to lead the engineering — pairing real operational experience with the technical depth to build a platform that scales. That combination is exactly the kind of team we want to back. The traction that earned our conviction By the time we met the company, the proof was already on the table. TheCarGo signed its first paying customer in March 2025 and today serves ten active U.S. brokerage companies. It is approved by both Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch — the two systems at the center of the U.S. auto-transport industry — and has earned AWS cloud credits and a grant from ElevenLabs to build its AI voice agents. The company is incorporated in Delaware as TheCarGo OS Inc. The investment In June 2026, Yoshlar Ventures invested in TheCarGo's first round of $110,000, alongside U.S.-based angel investor Yasin Ehsan. The capital is going directly into shipping the company's first two AI agents, supporting brokerages currently onboarding, and hiring against demand. The team plans to open a larger, U.S.-led follow-on round within the next six to eight months, and Turdiev intends to relocate to the United States in 2026 to be closer to his customers.
